At Coblanc Homes, I work with buyers who value thoughtful decision-making, clear advice, and a calm, well-structured process. My role is not to sell you a property, but to guide you safely through the entire purchase — from the first conversation to the final signature.

I work personally with every client. That means taking the time to understand your situation, expectations, and long-term plans before discussing properties. I believe that good real estate advice starts with listening, not listings.

My focus is primarily on new developments and carefully selected projects on Costa Blanca North, from Villajoyosa to Dénia — where legal clarity, construction quality, and long-term value are essential. I believe that fewer, well-considered options lead to better decisions than overwhelming choice.

Before focusing fully on Spain, I spent more than 10 years working with clients and real estate in Denmark. For the past 15+ years, I have worked directly in the Spanish property market, with a strong local focus on Costa Blanca North. This background allows me to understand both the expectations of international buyers and the realities of the Spanish system — not just the language, but how decisions are made, risks are assessed, and value is judged. Often, my role is to translate mindset as much as process.

Buying property in Spain can feel complex, particularly for international buyers. Different regulations, unfamiliar procedures, and local practices can easily create uncertainty. I believe in explaining every step clearly, setting realistic expectations, and ensuring that nothing comes as a surprise. Sometimes that also means advising a client not to proceed — because long-term trust matters more than short-term transactions.

I am a registered real estate agent in the Comunidad Valenciana (RAICV 3736), working in accordance with official regulations and professional standards. I collaborate with a long-established network of lawyers, developers, banks, and independent professionals, ensuring that the right expertise is available at every stage of the purchase.

I work almost exclusively with international buyers who value consistency, discretion, and clear communication, and who appreciate a calm, structured approach built on experience rather than hype. Together with my partners, I offer guidance in English, Danish, German, Polish, and Dutch, so the process remains transparent and comfortable throughout, without language barriers or misunderstandings.
